Qualifications

• EdD or PhD in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or closely related field from an accredited university.
• At least three years of experience as a school principal, or a combined five years as principal and central office administrator.
• Demonstrated ability to advance a research agenda in educational leadership.
• Experience supporting diverse student populations in educational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in educational administration across program pathways.
• Conduct and publish research in educational administration and leadership in the P-12 setting.
• Support the program's work on equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
• Advise and mentor students and contribute to program development.
