Western Kentucky University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-eligible faculty position in Educational Leadership and Administration at the rank of assistant or associate professor. The appointment supports WKU's mission to prepare school administrators across Kentucky through equity-centered leadership and strong district partnerships.

Qualifications

EdD or PhD in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or closely related field from an accredited university.
At least three years of experience as a school principal, or a combined five years as principal and central office administrator.
Demonstrated ability to advance a research agenda in educational leadership.
Experience supporting diverse student populations in educational leadership.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in educational administration across program pathways.
Conduct and publish research in educational administration and leadership in the P-12 setting.
Support the program's work on equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
Advise and mentor students and contribute to program development.
