• Doctoral degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related social science field.
• Broad expertise in education policy and leadership in US K-12 education.
• Experience with externally funded projects and ability to secure external funding.
• Ability to teach across multiple program levels (undergraduate to Ph.D.).

Responsabilités

• Teach two courses each semester (undergraduate and/or graduate; in-person and/or online).
• Maintain an active student advising caseload.
• Maintain an active research and scholarship agenda including procuring external funding.
• Provide service to college, university, and community related to expertise.
