Qualifications

• PhD from a regionally accredited university in Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Leadership Studies, or a closely related field (18 hours in the discipline).
• Senior or executive-level leadership experience in an organizational setting.
• Graduate-level teaching experience (associate professor candidates).
• Record of peer‑reviewed publication in the discipline.
• Experience with curriculum assessment, development, and design.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses across modalities (online, hybrid, face-to-face, on-demand).
• Advise students toward degree completion.
• Teach sections of the learning-strategies course.
• Conduct and publish peer‑reviewed research.
• Present at professional conferences.
• Mentor adjunct faculty and participate in committees.
• Maintain campus presence and office hours as required.
