Job summary

The University of Wisconsin - La Crosse is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Athletic Training/Kinesiology. Qualifications

• Doctorate in athletic training, sports medicine, or kinesiology/exercise science by start date.
• Evidence of the ability to be an effective instructor.
• Evidence of clear and effective communication skills.
• Current BOC certification, WI licensure (or eligible), and an NPI number.
• Experience with CAATE accredited programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses and advise students.
• Maintain currency in the teaching content area and evaluate student work.
• Provide regular and substantive feedback on student work and maintain records.
• Maintain office hours and contribute to scholarly activity.
• Engage in service to the department, college, university and professional organizations.
