Job summary

The Ohio State University’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track faculty member within the Division of Physical Therapy at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor rank.

We seek an applicant to sustain or develop a funded research program and to teach in the DPT and PhD programs, mentoring students and contributing to service across the school and university.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a related field to physical therapy; an active or potential extramural funding track record.
• Demonstrated teaching ability in DPT/PhD programs and capacity to mentor professional and graduate students.
• Strong service record and potential to contribute to professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Sustain or develop an extramurally funded scholarship program through grants, publications and presentations.
• Teach within the DPT and PhD programs and participate in curriculum design and accreditation activities.
• Contribute to service needs of the School, College and University; participate in division and community initiatives.
