Qualifications

• Master’s degree in PA or health field (required).
• Eligible for Michigan license for physician/PA roles.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Digital literacy appropriate to an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PAS curriculum design, implementation, coordination, and evaluation.
• Develop instructional materials, lectures, multimedia content, and online modules.
• Serve as course coordinator as needed.
• Provide lectures and labs to PAS students.
• Supervise and instruct students in didactic and clinical years.
• Evaluate student performance against competencies and learning outcomes.
• Assist with clinical site visits to monitor progress.
• Advise PAS students to ensure progression.
• Ensure remedial instruction availability when needed.
