Qualifications
- Master's degree in mathematics or applied mathematics.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or applied mathematics, and Master's degree in statistics, physics, or mathematics education.
- Equivalency as outlined in Board Policy 7211 may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
- Plan, prepare, and revise instructional materials and concepts.
- Maintain five office hours weekly for student consultation.
- Participate in program review, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Teach at multiple campus sites and possibly evening and weekend classes.
- Maintain class and examination schedules and records as required by college regulations.
