Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater seeks two tenure-track Assistant Professors in Mathematics to join a dynamic department. Successful candidates will teach a range of courses, contribute to curriculum, and engage in scholarly activity with undergraduate research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mathematics or Mathematics Education is required.
• ABD candidates may apply but must complete degree by Aug 2027.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching undergraduate students and scholarly potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24 credits of instruction per academic year in Mathematics.
• Maintain at least five office hours for students weekly.
• Advise/mentor students using Navigate for notes.
• Ensure syllabi meet university requirements and contribute to curriculum.
• Engage in research, scholarship, and service at department and college level.
