California State University, Northridge (CSUN) invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in the Management Department. Successful candidates will teach organizational behavior, management, and/or human resources management and develop research in OB, industrial/organizational psychology, or related fields.

They will engage in service, assessment of student learning, and collaboration with faculty. Qualifications include a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or closely related field with the terminal degree by appointment.
• College/university-level experience in in-person teaching and student-centered learning.
• Evidence of publishing original research in OB, I-O psychology, or related field in peer-reviewed journals.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in organizational behavior, management, and/or human resources management.
• Provide weekly office hours and participate in faculty meetings.
• Contribute to assessment of student learning and department/service activities.
• Potentially teach on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or online.
• Support equity and inclusion and advise on research and mentoring.
