Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or related field from AACSB/ABET-accredited program.
• College or university teaching experience and student-centered learning ability.
• Record of publishing peer-reviewed research in OB/IO psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Teach organizational behavior, management, or HR courses and mentor students.
• Maintain weekly office hours and participate in department meetings.
• Engage in assessment of student learning and department service.
• Pursue collaborative research with current faculty.
