Qualifications

• Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., MFA, or equivalent) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Science, Human Performance, or a related discipline by start date.
• ABD candidates may apply but must complete degree by August 2027; may be hired on one-year contract if degree is not yet completed.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Human Performance major, AK program, and related minors, delivering a 24-credit annual load.
• Provide advising, mentoring, and timely communication with students and colleagues.
• Contribute to curriculum development, service, and scholarly activity consistent with tenure expectations.
