Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in educational leadership, educational administration, or related field (ABD considered if degree earned by start).
• At least three years in schools in a leadership role in higher education.
• Evidence of consistent scholarly productivity in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Experience or plans for seeking external funding for research or training grants.
• Successful graduate‑level instruction in educational leadership or related area.
• Ability to deliver instruction face-to-face, hybrid, and online.
• Experience advising graduate students to degree completion.
• Experience leading or serving on dissertation/culminating project committees.
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships within the community and with faculty across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scholarly research and publication related to Higher Education Administration.
• Pursue external funding for research or training grants.
• Teach graduate courses in area of expertise and general educational leadership.
• Supervise practicum and internships in higher education administrative positions.
• Advise graduate students in leadership and Ed.D. culminations.
• Engage in professional/community service through university partnerships.
• Collaborate with departmental faculty to grow the educational leadership program.
