Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field.
• Strong scholarly record in educational leadership.
• Significant K-12 central office or district leadership experience.
• Expertise in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
• Ability to connect research to practice for leaders, schools, and districts.
• Evidence of effective graduate teaching or strong potential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active research agenda in educational leadership.
• Teach graduate courses in Educational Leadership and related areas.
• Advise and supervise doctoral and master's students.
• Engage in service at department, college, university, and profession.
• Collaborate with districts and organizations to strengthen programs.
• Contribute to program development, accreditation, assessment, and improvement.
