Qualifications

• PhD or EdD in ECE/related field, or ABD with expected graduation by Aug 2027.
• At least three years of experience with young children and families in education settings.
• Ability to teach face-to-face courses on GVSU City and Allendale Valley campuses.
• Willingness to travel for clinical supervision in diverse settings.
• Experience delivering online, synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in early childhood, in person and online.
• Supervise field candidates in diverse settings.
• Engage in service at program, unit, college, university, and community levels.
• Conduct and disseminate meaningful scholarship to scholarly audiences.
• Promote anti-bias, inclusive and culturally sustaining pedagogy.
