Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Law with a focus on environmental law and sustainability.

The candidate will teach courses such as Law, Business and Sustainability and Environmental Law to undergraduate and graduate students, with opportunities for new course development and service to the department and college.

Qualifications

• JD degree or terminal law degree from ABA-accredited U.S. law school; admitted to practice law in the United States.
• Record of scholarly publication and rigorous research agenda.
• Committed to teaching business law at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Strong preference for expertise in environmental law, law and sustainability, ESG regulation, climate law.

Responsabilités

• Teach a range of courses including Law, Business and Sustainability, and Environmental Law.
• Develop new courses and contribute to program growth.
• Engage in service to the Department of Law, Zicklin School of Business, and Baruch College.
• Teach in multiple modalities (in-person, online, hybrid).
