Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Law (Sustainability) with a focus on environmental law and sustainability.

The Department of Law offers courses to undergrad and graduate business students, including Law, Business and Sustainability and Environmental Law, with opportunities for new course development and service across the College.

Qualifications

• JD degree or terminal law degree from ABA-accredited U.S. law school
• Strong scholarly publication record
• Experience teaching business law to undergraduate and graduate students
• Expertise in environmental law and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of introductory and advanced business law courses, including Law, Business and Sustainability, and Environmental Law.
• Develop new courses and contribute to program development.
• Participate in service to the Department, School, and College.
