The Data Science Institute coordinates cross-disciplinary efforts across campus with focus on safe AI, data ethics, visualization, and scalable AI systems. We seek candidates who will lead research programs and contribute to undergraduate and graduate education.

Qualifications

• Completion of all requirements for a Ph.D. in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is required at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop research programs in data science and AI.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students across participating departments.
