Qualifications

Ph.D. and B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. ABD candidates will be considered but must complete the doctoral degree before August 19, 2026.
Teaching experience or strong potential to teach in Construction Management or Civil Engineering related courses, in-person or online.
Published at least two papers in peer-reviewed conferences or journals within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Teach Construction Management courses and advise undergraduates; supervise graduate students.
Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation duties.
Participate in department, college, and university service and professional student organizations as required.
