Qualifications

• Ph.D. and B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline; ABD candidates considered but must complete before Aug 19, 2026.
• Teaching experience or strong potential to teach at college/university level, in-person and/or online.
• Published at least two papers in peer-reviewed conferences or journals within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Teach Construction Management and advise undergraduates; supervise graduate students.
• Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation; participate in professional student organizations as required.
• Maintain weekly office hours, attend faculty meetings, participate in assessment of student learning, and provide service to department, college, and university.
