Coker University invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure track) or Clinical Professor of Business (Management) beginning August 2027. This full-time, 9-month faculty position supports the Business Administration major and related concentrations through teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, face-to-face and online.

The successful candidate will contribute to the School of Business through teaching, advising, and program development, while meeting institutional service

Competenze

• PhD or DBA in Management or related field is preferred.
• ABD with Master’s degree will be considered.

Mansioni

• Teach 4 courses (12 credit hours) per semester (8 courses per year) within the School of Business.
• Serve as academic advisor for students as assigned by the Dean, School of Business.
• Apply inclusive pedagogy and use a range of pedagogical approaches to create a learning environment that promotes persistence and success of students.
• Attend faculty development meetings and events.
• Contribute to new and innovative courses and multidisciplinary programs.
• Contribute to assessment reports and institutional service obligations.
• Develop collegial relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
• Engage industry representatives in program activities including internships.
