Baruch College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or tenured Associate Professor of Higher Education Administration, beginning August 2027. The Marxe School seeks candidates with a strong research agenda and commitment to inclusive excellence.

Candidates should hold a PhD in related fields, demonstrate scholarship in higher education, and show capacity for teaching, mentoring, and service within a diverse urban college environment.

Formación

• PhD required or on schedule for defense by Summer 2027 (before start).
• Experience chairing doctoral committees preferred.
• Active program of scholarly research in higher education or related field.
• Special consideration for those expanding access and advancing educational justice.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and mentor students in higher education administration.
• Maintain an active research program and publish in peer-reviewed venues.
• Provide service to the department, develop curriculum, and participate in program development.
