Job summary

Fayetteville State University invites applications for a tenure-track, nine-month Assistant Professor position in Operations Management within the Department of Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and FESA. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management-HR and related disciplines and contribute to scholarly activity.

Qualifications

Earned Ph.D. or DBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Evidence of research capability and potential for scholarly publication.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management-HR and related business disciplines.
Maintain an active program of scholarship.
Advise, mentor, and provide experiential learning opportunities for students.
Contribute to curriculum development and department service.
