Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–2 years related experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• 5S experience preferred.
• Strong planning and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tensioner machining equipment, adjust tooling and presets.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Read part prints and measure with calipers, mics, microscope.
• Run one line at a time.
• Participate in housekeeping and 5S practices.
