Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Tennis Shop Attendant to deliver friendly, professional service to members and guests. You will assist with merchandise sales, reservations, and event preparation in a fast-paced tennis shop environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, processing POS transactions, maintaining displays, and assisting with inventories. A positive attitude and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training acceptable.
• Active tennis player with knowledge of the game.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the shop per management instructions.
• Process POS transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist members with reservations, merchandise, and event prep.
• Keep displays neat and inventory updated.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
