Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a full-time Tennis Court Maintenance Staff to maintain seven days a week operations on 5 clay and 4 hard courts. The role requires early mornings and a strong commitment to professionalism with members; benefits include healthcare, retirement plan, and PTO.

The position can be full-time (30–40 hours) or part-time, with opportunities for growth within Troon’s global tennis and club management network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all tennis courts early mornings (7 days a week).
• Ensure courts are in great shape before league matches.
• Perform tasks: brushing/lining clay courts, cleaning hard courts, raking leaves, refilling water jugs, emptying trash.
• Coordinate with supervisors to document work requests and priorities.
• Be courteous and professional with members on the courts.
• Assist with additional tasks such as pressure washing, painting, windscreens, line repair, and equipment upkeep.
