• Ability to reason, problem-solve, and perform tasks under pressure.
• Assist in keeping a clean and fully stocked workplace.

We are looking for candidates who are knowledgeable and responsible to join our team and the greater JCC community. At the JCC, we have a culture and environment of everyone welcome.

The Tennis Desk Associate is friendly and serves as the central hub for the JCC and its tennis center. They contribute to member satisfaction by helping to support members and guests, and respond to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. This person has the responsibility of being responsive to members and acting as a resource for members needs of goods and services while in the JCC facility. Overall, the Tennis Desk Associate acts as the JCCs first line of communication with members and creates a friendly and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years old by Memorial Day under the department of labor guidelines
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service
• Ability to stand for several hours for the duration of shift
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• This part-time position is not benefits-eligible. There are additional voluntary benefit plans available. The JCC has a 401(K) Plan available for elective deferral contributions for employees over 21 years of age, with no waiting period.
