The Staenberg-Loup JCC in Denver, CO seeks a friendly Tennis Desk Associate to be the welcoming hub of the tennis center. You will assist guests, onboarding new members, answer questions, and help with purchases and memberships, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all visitors.

This part-time role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy recreational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old by Memorial Day under the department of labor guidelines.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
• Ability to stand for several hours for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

We are looking for candidates who are knowledgeable and responsible to join our team and the greater JCC community. At the JCC, we have a culture and environment of everyone welcome.

The Tennis Desk Associate is friendly and serves as the central hub for the JCC and its tennis center. They contribute to member satisfaction by helping to support members and guests, and respond to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. This person has the responsibility of being responsive to members and acting as a resource for members needs of goods and services while in the JCC facility. Overall, the Tennis Desk Associate acts as the JCCs first line of communication with members and creates a friendly and welcoming environment.
