Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 1-3 years prior experience instructing and coaching, preferably at the Division I level
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Computer and video editing skills strongly encouraged, ability to code and evaluate film.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and team instruction on rules, fundamentals and team concepts.
• Reviewing video of opponent performance and designing instruction.
• Attending workshops and training sessions to research training methods.
• Administrative duties including reviewing film for staff and team.
• Recruiting: identifying talent and organizing communications with recruits.
