Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience instructing and coaching, preferably at the Division I level.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Computer and video editing skills strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and team instruction on rules, fundamentals, skills, and techniques to Holy Cross student-athletes.
• Review game film and opponent performance to tailor coaching for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with College, Patriot League, and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Assist with recruiting, administration, and program development.
