Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics seeks an experienced Offer Manager to independently drive tender activities and new business development. You will coordinate bid processes across departments, ensuring deadlines, quality, and competitive logistics solutions.

Required are advanced logistics knowledge, pricing, project management, and fluent German and English. Strong MS Office, CRM and SharePoint skills are expected for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, logistics, transport, industrial engineering or comparable.
• Relevant management experience with solution design and tender leadership.
• In-depth expertise in logistics processes, pricing, project management, sales and customer acquisition.
• Very good MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), CRM & SharePoint.
• Knowledge of AI use (CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of offer management for tenders and new business.
• Coordinate and ensure quality and efficiency of bid processes nationally and internationally.
• Develop market strategies and tender concepts per segment and customer.
• Lead collaboration across departments and participate in negotiations and presentations.
