Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field with 4–6+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field (Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting) with 4 to 6+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Process oriented; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of qualification documents, gathering inputs from all departments to draft complex proposals/tenders.
• Analyze identified business opportunities and interpret customer requirements.
• Consolidate, analyze and edit information needed to prepare proposals, schedules, cost/price/margin estimates, etc.
• Monitor tender progress, identify risks for on-time delivery, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present commercial presentations for management review.
• Lead tender kickoff meetings and cross-functional communications to ensure alignment and deadlines.
