Job summary

Jericho Project is seeking a proactive Case Aide to support Logan Fountain residents in Brooklyn. You will bridge tenants with the clinical team, assisting with daily operations, documenting activities, and promoting participation in groups and events.

The role requires a High School diploma (higher degrees preferred) and experience in homelessness or related fields, with strong organizational, writing, and computer skills. A background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in homelessness, substance use, mental health and/or trauma settings preferred.
• Understanding of LGBTQ+ community and issues affecting young adults.
• Strong organizational, writing and computer skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Identify tenants who need extra clinical and hands-on support with the clinical team.
• Provide a daily report of information and alerts for the day’s shift.
• Participate in groups and events and encourage tenant involvement.
• Provide support to security staff as needed.
• Collaborate with Program Director, Assistant Director and Career Counselor for participant development and mentorship.
• Conduct assessments and escalate as needed to supervisors.
• Develop and maintain a Resource Book detailing tenants’ needs and resources.
