Job summary

CenterCal Properties, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Tenant Services based at The Village at Totem Lake in Kirkland, WA. You will lead tenant coordination, define work scopes, and ensure timely lease commencements while managing budgets and construction requirements.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with internal teams, tenants, and external consultants across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Tenant Coordination and/or Project Management, retail/mixed-use preferred.
• Strong architectural/technical design background and understanding of building systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant coordination to ensure timely lease commencements and openings.
• Define scopes and support budget development and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to lease documentation and verify drawings align with lease terms.
• Review contractor pay apps and tenant allowance packages per budget.
• Provide weekly progress updates and coordinate with internal/external teams.
