Job summary

Tishman Speyer in New York is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance staff, cultivate strong tenant relationships, and uphold the company’s cleanliness standards across our buildings. The role requires 5 years of Cleaning/operations experience, hands-on management, OSHA training oversight, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You must be able to travel between floors and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cleaning/operations – 5 years.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce software.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong tenant relationships through timely issue resolution.
• On-call 24 hours for emergencies (floods, fire, snow).
• Train staff and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct quality control inspections and action follow-ups.
• Manage payroll processing with Payroll Administrators.
• Coordinate with Forepersons to address requests promptly.
• Track staffing, vacancies, and interview candidates.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for additional work.
