Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited interior design degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Tenant Development REQUIRED.
• Adobe Suites capabilities a plus.
• Must have 4-10 years of Tenant Development experience in the USA.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or EAD with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of buildings and corporate projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly project deadlines and scheduling.
• CAD work / delegation / supervision of team production (as-builts, space plans, CD, marketing plans).
• Review others' production work and perform field verification.
• Finish selections and palette presentations, both virtually and in-person.
• Coordinate vendor / consultant activities and client communications.
• Perform BOMA square footage calculations and charts.
