Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to spearhead commercial interior design, space planning, and programming for client spaces. You will collaborate with sales and clients to select office products and curate world-class environments.

The role reports to the Manager, Design and requires strong communication, independence, and a high level of product knowledge in commercial office furnishings.

Aufgaben

• Maintain project files and time sheets according to guidelines.
• Attend design and sales meetings and client meetings as requested.

Job Details

Job Location: Dallas Headquarters - Plano, TX 75093, Job Summary:

The Senior Designer will also work closely with the sales team and clients on commercial interior design, space planning, and programming, selecting commercial office products, and curating world-class spaces for our clients.

This position reports to the Manager, Design.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design Development

• Work with salesperson and/or client to determine purpose and function of environment, budget, scope of project, time schedules, types of furniture and equipment to be installed, and other factors which affect planning interior environments.
• Advise salesperson and/or client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, color coordination, and codes according to local governing jurisdictions.
• Provide schematic design and design development drawings.
• Coordinate design intent with architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans.

Procurement

• Build final validation packets for sign-off from client.
• Create installation drawings and core plans for installation and project management.

On-going

• Maintain project files and time sheets on all work performed according to departmental guidelines.
• Attend all design/sales meetings and educational seminars as requested.
• Attend client meetings, both on-site and off-site as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on interior design
