Job summary

Placement By Design, Inc. seeks a Design Director/Creative Director for its Dallas office to lead hospitality design for global projects. This senior role offers strategic direction, team leadership, and opportunities to shape brand experiences across dining and lifestyle venues.

You will guide design teams, present to clients, and collaborate with management to deliver innovative concepts and compelling visuals using Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• 15+ years of hospitality/restaurant experiential design experience.
• Strong portfolio with brand-led, built work in guest environments.
• Proven experience as a creative director or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and strategies for clients.
• Provide guidance to launch new projects and evolve client brands.
• Direct and motivate teams of designers and project managers.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet client requirements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts.
• Oversee architectural/interior design, brand development, and schematics.
• Present designs to clients and developers; communicate design intent.
