EDENS, a leading private real estate investor/operator, seeks a Tenant Construction Manager in Southern California. You will drive landlord-tenant design, permitting and construction processes to hit rent commencement dates, while coordinating with Leasing, Property Management and A&E teams.
You will travel regularly across Los Angeles and San Diego markets to oversee space readiness, review budgets and ensure lease commitments are met. A strong background in retail real estate is required.

The Tenant Construction Manager (TCM) will be a critical member of the construction and development teams at EDENS. They are responsible for "driving" the landlord and tenant design, permitting and construction process to ensure achievement of "best possible" rent commencement dates for all projects as assigned. The Tenant Construction Manager will report to the Vice President of TCM.
This position is based in Southern California and requires regular travel between the Los Angeles and San Diego markets. Candidates must be able and willing to travel frequently throughout the region to support business needs, maintain relationships, attend meetings, and oversee activities across both markets.
