Little Elm ISD is seeking a Temporary Worker for Athletic Game Day Pool for the 2026-2027 school year. You will help in setup, operation, and tear down of athletic events, including concessions and ticket operations, under the supervision of the Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic Director.

This non-exempt role requires punctuality, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varying hours outdoors in heat or cold.

Job Title:Athletic Game Day Worker

Primary Purpose:

Game day workers assist in setup, operation, and tear down of athletic events during the sports seasons.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Punctuality and attention to detail are critical components of employment.
• Duties may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and working in extremely warm or cold elements outdoors.
• Schedule flexibility – Hours vary depending upon scheduled contest.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Setup of field or court for games.
• Provide assistance during contest in areas such as concessions, ticket operations, and sport specific activities (e.g., ball shagging, equipment operations).
• Workers are required to assist with post-game tear down, clean up and securing of equipment.
