We are seeking an Operations Associate to assist with daily shipment and warehouse operations. Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, starting April 2025.

Position Details

• Title: Operations Associate
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Compensation: $15/hour

Responsibilities

• Assisting with medical device order fulfillment and warehouse operations
• Order fulfillment: packing, fulfilling orders, data entry
• Warehouse operations: inventory management, organization, device refurbishments, cleaning, testing
• Quality assurance: processing returns, cleaning, testing devices
• Warehouse maintenance: cleaning, trash removal, sweeping

Skills Needed

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift items weighing 1-50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
