The Notre Dame Alumni Association invites applications for a Veterans Engagement & Groups Coordinator to lead the build-out of a new Veterans Engagement Alumni Group. • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom, plus a willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience tracking expenses and maintaining financial accountability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, launch strategy, and ongoing operations for the Veterans Engagement Alumni Group.
• Coordinate logistics, outreach, and communications for Steering Committee and Board.
• Track tasks, manage materials, and support early-stage veteran alumni initiatives.
• Create and maintain process docs, agendas, notes, and board data.
• Plan Fall and Spring Group board meetings as part of the Alumni Groups team.
• Support NDAA MarCom and IT tasks to launch and sustain group needs.
• Assist with daily financial operations and expense tracking for group budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned such as NDAA events.
