Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in the United States are seeking a Center Scheduler to own the clinical schedule, coordinate prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians, and ensure patients receive a world-class experience from welcome to treatment in Memphis.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, prior medical or dental office experience, and comfort with electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Own the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians
• Ensure patients receive a world-class experience from greeting to treatment
• Maintain operational efficiency through scheduling and clear communication with clinical and administrative teams
• Manage patient intake forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures
• Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps
• Support the General Manager with deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area and welcoming environment
• Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking to keep daily operations smooth
• Perform other duties to support Center success

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

• Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
• Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems
