Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a dental center, guide clinical and business performance, and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive strategic initiatives, oversee budgets and forecasts, ensure compliance, and travel up to 75%. The role offers a full-time, salary-based position with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven success in leading teams and driving financial results.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management and strategic planning.
• Ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
