Responsibilities

• Perform clerical accounting and data entry in processing and maintaining financial and tax records.
• Balance accounts using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist with accounting entries and compile supporting documentation.
• Handle monetary transactions and issue receipts.
• Open and sort mail payments, assist with mail returns.
• Scan and label documents, handle email correspondence and calls.
• Review and reconcile treasury and tax accounts for accuracy.
