Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, professional, and mid-level roles across multiple functions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting metrics.
• Strong sourcing from job boards, social media, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, professional, and mid-level roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via networking, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including assessments and background checks.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure an excellent experience from contact to onboarding.
• Present offers and facilitate internal transfers and promotions.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives.
