Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Supply Chain Support Specialist in Salt Lake City for a temporary 14-week assignment. The role focuses on general transactional support, including data entry, answering phones, and assisting the permanent team with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include creating orders, open order reporting, data cleansing, and document retention. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely workflows, and collaboration with team members to maintain SOPs and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of administrative data related experience.
• 2+ yrs. experience using ERP (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, processes, and policies.
• Complete assigned daily workflows, document processing, or data entry accurately and on schedule.
• Assist permanent team members with peak workloads, special projects, or coverage during staff absences.
• Follow SOPs to ensure error-free outputs and flag discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, or route messages to appropriate departments professionally.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding task progress, roadblocks, or completion status.
• Improve internal processes to increase customer satisfaction and streamline work.
• Support site teams with technical and process issues, including blocks, errors, sales orders, bills of lading, and invoicing.
