Dyno Nobel, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Supply Chain Support Specialist for a temporary 14-week assignment to handle data entry, create orders, and support the permanent team with daily tasks.

The role requires ERP proficiency (SAP preferred), basic MS Office skills, and strong communication. You will assist site teams, manage workload peaks, and help improve processes while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of administrative data related experience.
• 2+ yrs. experience using ERP business systems, SAP preferred
• Computer literacy in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, processes, and policies.
• Complete assigned daily workflows, document processing, or data entry accurately and on schedule.
• Assist permanent team members with peak workloads, special projects, or coverage during staff absences
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure error-free outputs and flag discrepancies to supervisors promptly
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, or route messages to appropriate departments professionally
• Respond to basic tasks or questions with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding task progress, roadblocks, or completion status.
• Improve internal processes to increase customer satisfaction and streamline work
• Support site teams with technical and process issues, including blocks, errors, sales orders, bills of lading, and invoicing.
