Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix is seeking an Operations & Temporary Structure Specialist to lead planning and execution of temporary facilities at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. You will coordinate with overlay designers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and timely temporary environments for premium guest and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, review, and execution of temporary structures and tents across the event site.
• Ensure drawings, engineering packages, and supplier deliverables align with project schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop turnkey solutions and manage site build timelines.
• Coordinate building systems integration (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT) for temporary infrastructure.
• Maintain master plans, site layouts, and built environment documentation using design software.
