Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Temporary Spa Attendant to join our dynamic and uplifting team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine spa environment while engaging with guests.

The ideal candidate will enjoy delivering excellent service in a serene setting, with opportunities to assist guests with appointment logistics and spa inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Six months previous experience working in housekeeping or a related field.
• The ability to have oral proficiency in the English language.
• The ability to have attention to detai.
• The ability to know which chemicals to use for what areas.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality; resolve inquiries and complaints; assist with spa service questions.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.

What you will do

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area.

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

• Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.

What you bring
