Dragonfly Health is seeking a Temporary Sourcing and Configuration Coordinator for a remote, full-time role focused on configuring pricing, contracts, and service terms across internal systems. You will support onboarding of clients and providers, maintain catalogs, and work cross-functionally to ensure accurate invoicing and data integrity.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and billing.
• Experience with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (healthcare or DME preferred).

Responsibilities

Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters within internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and ordering functionality

Translate contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates

Support implementation of new clients and providers by setting up and maintaining accurate system data

Maintain and update provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms

Partner cross-functionally with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment

Perform ongoing system audits and quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in configuration work

Serve as a resource for troubleshooting configuration issues and improving system processes
